static-http: disable lazy parsing This only hits if you're crazy enough to use static-http on a repository with revlogs larger than 1M. Don't do it.

expand paths to local repository or bundle in appropriate classes This avoids problem with unexpanded paths when it's not possible to expand it at higher level (for example, if file:~/path/ is supplied as path in schemes).

push: document return values between various repo methods. This starts at localrepository.push() and seeps down to push_addchangegroup(), push_unbundle(), prepush(), addchangegroup(), and leaks out to sshrepository.unbundle(), sshrepository.addchangegroup(), and httprepository.unbundle(). Seems to cover everything you ever wanted to know about pushing but were afraid to ask.

cmdutil: Warn when trying to copy/rename --after to a nonexistant file. Currently running 'hg rename --after foo.txt bar.typo' is a silent no-op. This patch adds a warning. It also updates the copy and rename tests. No actual functionality is changed. fixes issue 1822

patchbomb: Reply-To support From RFC 5322: an optional reply-to field MAY also be included, which contains the field name "Reply-To" and a comma-separated list of one or more addresses. [...] When the "Reply-To:" field is present, it indicates the address(es) to which the author of the message suggests that replies be sent. In the absence of the "Reply-To:" field, replies SHOULD by default be sent to the mailbox(es) specified in the "From:" field unless otherwise specified by the person composing the reply. Reply-To addresses may be specified either via command line with --reply-to or via the 'email' or 'patchbomb' sections of the config file.

merge: tool.check = prompt will force an interactive merge check tool.check = prompt can be used when the exit status of a merge tool is unreliable but an explicit user signoff on the merge result is acceptable.

convert/svn: remove broken but unused copy filtering code For some reason, if a copy source is deleted in the same revision it is referenced, it is filtered out. This is silly, because this happens all the time with move operations. Fortunately, the filtering code is buggy and ends being a no-op 99% of the time, since it does not delete the right key. Just remove all this nonsense.

A fourth project use these first three projects and current output made it very hard to figure which makefile helper was committed. it looked more like the project was committed/pushed/pulled three times in a row than dealing on three different repos.

This patch adresses this 404 error on the puller side normalizing the URLs used for pulling sub repos. For this example, the URL would be reduced to http://server.com/hg/sub Fix + test

findrenames: Optimise "addremove -s100" by matching files by their SHA1 hashes. We speed up 'findrenames' for the usecase when a user specifies they want a similarity of 100% by matching files by their exact SHA1 hash value. This reduces the number of comparisons required to find exact matches from O(n^2) to O(n). While it would be nice if we could just use mercurial's pre-calculated SHA1 hash for existing files, this hash includes the file's ancestor information making it unsuitable for our purposes. Instead, we calculate the hash of old content from scratch. Move 'findrenames' code into its own file. The next few patches will increase the size of the "findrenames" functionality. This patch simply moves the function into its own file to avoid clutter building up in 'cmdutil.py'.

dispatch: don't mangle ImportError abort messages Previously, Mercurial assumed that the last word of the string representation was the name of the moduled that was imported. This assmption is incorrect, despite being true for the common case of an exception raised by the Python VM. For example, hgsubversion raises an ImportError with a helpful message if the Subversion bindings were not found. The final word of this message is not meaningful on its own, and is never the name of a module. This patch changes the output printed to be a simple stringification of the exception instance. In most cases, this will be `abort: No module named X!' rather than `abort: could not import module X!'. No functionality change; all tests pass.

relink/progress: correctly handle the no file to relink case

commands: refactor diff --stat and qdiff --stat `opts['unified'] = '0'` can be replaced by `diffopts.context = 0`.

mq: fix opts['unified'] = '0' to take effect when qdiff --stat `opts['unified'] = '0'` tries to reduce the number of lines to be processed by patch.diffstat, but here it does not affect diffopts, thus it does not make sense. Instead, we can change `diffopts.context` directly. Added test case for qdiff --stat.

showconfig: show rc paths with --debug

tags: return tags in sorted order This makes log and summary have less arbitrary tag ordering and also groups similar tags together, such as the mq tags.

keyword: test recording

keyword: support (q)record Monkeypatch hgext.dorecord to trigger keyword expansion. Read data from working directory, not from filelog. Prevent keyword expansion from within record's commitfunc, thereby fixing a bug/inconsistency where files which are clean after recording were overwritten twice.

keyword: remove mq commands from restricted list Monkeypatching patch.diff takes care of this since 911f5be5d159. Test mq more thoroughly by loosening [keywordmaps] and comparing the output of hg cat with keyword expansion enabled and disabled.
