formatter: wrap (tmpl, mapfile) by named tuple

formatter: wrap (tmpl, mapfile) by named tuple

I'm going to add more options to the templatespec tuple.

cmdutil.logtemplatespec() is just an alias now, but it will be changed to
a factory function later.
