This is done by:
sed -i "s/pycompat\.osname == 'nt'/pycompat.iswindows/" **/*.py
sed -i "s/pycompat\.osname != 'nt'/not pycompat.iswindows/" **/*.py
sed -i 's/pycompat.osname == "nt"/pycompat.iswindows/' **/*.py
