thepage: update "ongoing todo list" link That wiki page used to have just a couple of items, and now it doesn't exist, so let's link to the list of website bugs on the bugzilla instead.

This is the Mercurial website. It uses the microframework flask to
serve jinja2 templates.

Setup
-----

To use this version of hg-website you need to install flask.

   pip install flask

Usage
-----

To have flask serve the page, use:

    python hgwebsite.py

You can then visit [http://localhost:5000](http://localhost:5000) to
view the site.
