tests/test-journal-exists.t

tags: visit new heads in forward order when rebuilding cache

This improves performance of building the tag cache by 4x on a repo
with ~2800 heads.

  $ hg init
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  adding a

  $ hg -q clone . foo

  $ touch .hg/store/journal

  $ echo foo > a
  $ hg ci -Am0
  abort: abandoned transaction found - run hg recover!

  $ hg recover

Check that zero-size journals are correctly aborted:
