json: implement {comparison} template

Similar to {filediff}, we abbreviate some property names to cut down on
string bloat.

Create a repo with some tags

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo
  $ echo initial > foo

Trigger tags cache population by doing something that accesses tags info
