histedit: tweak --commands help text

The rest of help messages for command arguments are simple phrases without any
ending punctuation, so having this text be a complete sentence didn't really
fit.

This file contains testcases that tend to be related to special cases or less
common commands affecting largefile.

Each sections should be independent of each others.
