fileset: matchctx.existing() must consider ignored files

When running:

  $ hg debugfileset 'binary() and ignored()'

getfileset() was correctly retrieving ignored files but
matchctx.existing() was not taking them in account. Just add them along
with unknown files.

  $ fileset() {
