tests: write hgrc of more than two lines by using shell heredoc

Here document should be readable than repeating echo commands.

  $ hg init t
  $ cd t
  $ echo 1 > foo
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding foo

  $ cd ..
  $ hg clone t tt

  $ cd tt
