journal: use the dirstate parentchange callbacks

Instead of hacking into dirstate internals let's use the callbacks
to be notified about wd parent change.

  $ hg init
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg add a
  $ hg commit -m test

Do we ever miss a sub-second change?:
