lfs: register config options

I'm not sure at what point we can get rid of the deprecated options, but for the
sake of making progress, they are registered too.

Testing cloning with the EOL extension

  $ cat >> $HGRCPATH <<EOF
  > [extensions]
  > eol =

  > EOF

setup repository

  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo
  $ cat > .hgeol <<EOF
  > [patterns]
  > **.txt = native
  > EOF

  $ hg commit --addremove -m 'checkin'
  adding .hgeol
  adding a.txt

Clone

  $ cd ..
  $ hg clone repo repo-2

  $ cd repo-2
