revert: use "remove" information from both statuses

Using status information against the target to make sure we are catching all
files that need to be re-added.

We still need to distinguish fresh removal because they use a different
message.

  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
