tests: fix test-patch.t on pickier /bin/sh implementations
FreeBSD sh(1) doesn't accept -d, so we weren't testing what we
expected there. Let's just use a simple Python script instead.

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
