test-subrepo-svn: fix strange svn behaviour on windows

I got a full path when pusing the external like:

  Sending        C:/foo/bar/test-subrepo-svn/sub/t/s/alpha

instead of the relative path

cd dir
echo bleh > bar
hg add bar
hg ci -m 'add bar'

hg cp bar foo
echo >> bar
hg ci -m 'cp bar foo; change bar'

hg debugrename foo
hg debugindex .hg/store/data/bar.i
