test-subrepo-svn: fix strange svn behaviour on windows

I got a full path when pusing the external like:

  Sending        C:/foo/bar/test-subrepo-svn/sub/t/s/alpha

instead of the relative path

hg --cwd b ci -mb

echo % push should push to default when default-push not set

echo 'default-push = ../c' >> b/.hg/hgrc
hg --cwd b push | sed 's/pushing to.*/pushing/'
