revset: drop support for posttreebuilthook() (API)

AFAIK, the only user was the directaccess extension, which is in core now.

Just exercise debugindexdot
Create a short file history including a merge.

  $ hg up -qC 0
  $ echo b >> a

  $ hg debugindexdot a
  digraph G {
