Fix test-acl failure on AIX due to read only LOGNAME.

On AIX /etc/profile sets LOGNAME read only. This causes test-acl to
fail when it comes to set LOGNAME in do_push().

Work around this by using env to set LOGNAME and run the command.

adding a
% should fail - would corrupt dirstate
abort: file 'a' in dirstate clashes with 'a/a'
% directory replaced with file
adding a/a
% should fail - would corrupt dirstate
abort: directory 'a' already in dirstate
% directory replaced with file
adding b/c/d
% should fail - would corrupt dirstate
abort: directory 'b' already in dirstate
