rust-cpython: keep Python<'a> token in PyRefMut

This just clarifies that the GIL is obtained while PyRefMut is dereferenced,
so there's no need of extra acquire_gil() to drop the reference.

  $ hg ci -Am t1
  $ hg debugrename b
