convert/git: abort if git submodules are detected (issue2150)

This improves the error message when convert encounters a git
submodule. Now, instead of a git-cat-file error, we'll directly report
the lack of support for git submodules.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:
