dagutil: remove descendantset() and ancestorset() descendantset() is unused after the previous commit. And ancestorset() was only used by descendantset(), so it can be removed as well. .. api:: descendantset() and ancestorset() removed from dagutil Use a revset instead when operating on the changelog.
