debugdiscovery: document relevant config option

These config option are here for people to experiment with it. So lets document
them in the command that is used for experimentation.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a

Relative delete:
