Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
packagelib: do not remove packages directory in hggetversion (issue5262) People running packages related code probably do care about the content of this directory. In particular this shound fix the rpm builder process.

Mercurial
=========

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

 $ make local      # build for inplace usage
 $ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
