run-tests: use symbolic constant instead of arbitrary number line matching

(This is a gratuitous cleanup that I made while investigating a bug).

  $ rm -rf a
  $ hg init a
  $ cd a
  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Am0

  $ hg tag --remove t1 # 2
