chistedit: add basic colours to diff view

This isn't complete, and it would be nice to show the exact same
colours that `hg diff` would show. That goal is too lofty, so this
just shows some basic colours, on the premise that a little is better
than nothing.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
