keyword: avoid additional conflicts during merge/resolve

Make merge and resolve trigger kwtemplater.restricted to compare
data without keyword expansion.
The keyword stays outside the conflict:

$Keyword$
<<<<<<< local
bar
=======
foo
>>>>>>> other

and will again be expanded on commit.
Demonstrate in test case.
