setup: use sys.executable to call hg
Executing ".\hg" does not work on Windows, but we can instead ask
Python to execute hg.
#!/bin/sh
# Tests if hgweb can run without touching sys.stdin, as is required
# by the WSGI standard and strictly implemented by mod_wsgi.
