transaction: make map a private attribute

This is used to track which files are modified. It is an
implementation detail of current transactions and doesn't need
to be exposed to the public interface. So mark it as private.

Make some commits:

  $ for i in 1 2 3; do

absorb --edit-lines will run the editor if filename is provided:

  $ hg absorb --edit-lines

  $ HGEDITOR=cat hg absorb --edit-lines a

  HG: "y" means the line to the right exists in the changeset to the top
  HG:
