copies: explain the "arbitrary" copy source pick in case of conflict

They are a logic and it is easy to explain, so lets explain it.

  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b

  adding a/b

Relative delete:
