largefiles: fix commit of both largefiles and non-largefiles (
issue3354)
This bug was caused by some old code that should have been removed long ago.
Minimal hgk check
$ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
$ echo "hgk=" >> $HGRCPATH
$ hg init repo
$ cd repo
$ echo a > a
$ hg ci -Am adda
