filterpyflakes: dramatically simplify the entire thing by blacklisting
We've only got one kind of pyflakes failure left in our codebase, so
it's time to switch over to a blacklist-based checking scheme. I've
left in the filtering of two undefined names for now out of paranoia,
but those can probably go too.
Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool
for software developers.
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
Running without installing:
$ make local # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version # should show the latest version
