transaction: explain why some recovery failed Right now we issue a message about failing to recover some file, but not why. It seems useful to add some information about that. Failed qimport of patches from files should cleanup by recording successfully
imported patches in series file.

  $ echo "[extensions]" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ echo "mq=" >> $HGRCPATH
  $ hg init repo
  $ cd repo

  $ hg ci -Am'add a'
  adding a
  $ cat >b.patch<<EOF

qimport valid patch followed by invalid patch
