tests: glob seconds in test-upgrade-repo.t

I had the test failing locally for me with diff showing `1.4s` instead of 0.0s

  $ HGUSER=`(echo foo; echo bar2)` hg ci -Am m
  adding a
  abort: username 'foo\nbar2' contains a newline

  transaction abort!
