bundle2: handle compression in _forwardchunks
_forwardchunks is used to compensate for getbundle protocol deficits.
Since it transparently decodes the payload, it also needs to remove the
corresponding compression parameter in case the server decides to send
one. This the wire protocol part of issue 5990.

==================================== Testing head checking code: Case A-4 ==================================== Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by some of the new one we push. This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
