Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
win32mbcs: wrapper supports keyword arguments and dict result. The keyword arguments are also decoded before calling original. And dict of return value is also encoded back.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help
