rebase: allow --detach when --rev is used

--rev is only a more specific --source and there is no reason to refuse to use
detach with it.

  $ touch a b
  $ hg add a b
  $ rm b

status without inotify

  $ hg st

  ! b

  $ hg st

Are we able to kill the service? if not, the service died on some error
