dockerlib: fix initcontainer for boot2docker users

This allows me to build rpm packages using boot2docker on my Mac. It's
probably a very fragile hack, but it seems to work well enough for now
that I felt it was worth sharing.

  $ hg init
  $ mkdir a
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b
  $ echo a > a/b
  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b (glob)
  $ cd b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
