bdiff: avoid pointer arithmetic on void*
MSVC 2008 complains:
mercurial/cext/bdiff.c(106) : error C2036: 'void *' : unknown size
mercurial/cext/bdiff.c(107) : error C2036: 'void *' : unknown size
Maybe it's a gcc extension?
