walk: simplify logic for badfn clause
- matchfn redundant
- call badfn always rather than fwarn
- use for/else rather than keep var
Basic install:
$ make # see install targets
$ make install # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg # see help
