tests: virtualenv is only used on py2, rename and conditionalize If I have I have the Debian `python3-virtualenv` package installed on my machine, the import succeeds but then I receive an AttributeError because the package is essentially completely different between py2 and py3, and test-hghave fails. difficult on Windows), please at least run `contrib/check-code.py` on
any files you've modified and run `python contrib/check-commit` on any
commits you've made (for example, `python contrib/check-commit
273ce12ad8f1` will report some style violations on a very old commit).
