subrepo: convert EOL of hgrc before writing to bytes IO

Follows up f2f0a777b2e2. Text IO is useless on Python 3 as it must be a
unicode stream.

  $ touch a

  $ unset HGUSER
  $ echo "[ui]" >> .hg/hgrc
  $ echo "username= foo" >> .hg/hgrc
  $ echo "          bar1" >> .hg/hgrc

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a

  $ HGUSER=`(echo foo; echo bar2)` hg ci -Am m
  adding a
  abort: username 'foo\nbar2' contains a newline
