match: drop unnecessary adding of '' to set of dirs

This breaks some tests for "rootfilesin:" in a pattern matcher even
more, but that just shows how broken that case is.

The file/directory replacement can only be reproduced on
bzr >= 1.4. Merge it back in test-convert-bzr-directories once
this version becomes mainstream.
