manifest: accept narrowmatch into constructor instead of getting from repo
The manifest should ideally not know at all about the repo, so this is
just a little step towards cleaning that up.

a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
