Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Don't copy hidden files/directories during `setup.py install` This is useful if a copy of Mercurial is stored in a Subversion repository so that the .svn directories don't get copied.

Basic install:

 $ make            # see install targets
 $ make install    # do a system-wide install
 $ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
 $ hg              # see help
