narrow: include working copy narrowspec in transaction journal

Now that we have separate narrowspecs for the store and the working
copy, we need to include both in the transaction journal.

  $ mkdir a

  $ hg ci -Am m
  adding a/b

  $ hg rm a
  removing a/b
  $ hg ci -m m a

  $ mkdir a b

  adding a/b

Relative delete:

  $ hg ci -m m ../a

  $ cd ..
