rust-cpython: generalised conversion function

Because `hg::ancestors::MissingAncestors` has methods taking
some `HashSet<Revision>` besides `impl IntoIterator<Item = Revision>`
as parameters we'll need the more generic `rev_pyiter_collect()` function
to also build these
