destupdate: indent bookmark and branch logic

We'll move the obsolete related logic first (as it is overwriting any other
anyway) to make the next patch clearer we add indentation in this one.

Test safety for inconsistent rebase state, which may be created (and
forgotten) by Mercurial earlier than 2.7. This emulates Mercurial
earlier than 2.7 by renaming ".hg/rebasestate" temporarily.
