graftcopies: use _filter() for filtering out invalid copies

`graftcopies()` (formerly called `duplicatecopies()`) checked that the
copy destination existed in the working copy, but it didn't check that
copy source existed in the parent of the working copy. In
`test-graft.t` we can see that as warnings about not finding ancestors
of the copied files, and also empty commits getting created.

This patch uses the existing `_filter()` function for filtering out
invalid copies. In addition to the aforementioned types, that also
includes copies where source and destination is the same.

Set up an extension to make sure remotefilelog clientsetup() runs
unconditionally even if we have never used a local shallow repo.
This mimics behavior when using remotefilelog with chg.  clientsetup() can be
triggered due to a shallow repo, and then the code can later interact with
non-shallow repositories.

We should see the remotefilelog capability here, which advertises that
the server supports our custom getfiles method.

Pull to the child repository.  Use our custom setupremotefilelog extension
to ensure that remotefilelog.onetimeclientsetup() gets triggered.  (Without
using chg it normally would not be run in this case since the local repository
is not shallow.)
