dagop: fix documentation of reachableroots

The previous revset couldn't be correct as it is symmetric in <roots>
and <heads>, but reachableroots has no such symmetry. It makes a
difference with for instance reachableroots(2, 3) where 2 and 3 are
both children of 1.

Mercurial's documentation is kept in reStructuredText format, which is
a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

  http://docutils.sourceforge.net/

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
