py3: use range instead on xrange on py3 in tests/test-atomictempfile.py

xrange is not available on Python 3.

Should print nothing:

  $ hg add b
  $ hg st

  $ hg st

Should fail:

Should fail:

Should arguably print nothing:

  $ hg st b

  $ echo a > a
  $ hg ci -Ama a

Should fail:

  $ hg mv a b
  abort: path 'b/a' is inside nested repo 'b'
