check-py3-compat: use an absolute path in sys.path

Client without sparse enabled reacts properly

Requirement for sparse is removed when sparse is disabled

  $ hg debugrequires
  dotencode
  dirstate-v2 (dirstate-v2 !)
  fncache
  generaldelta
  persistent-nodemap (rust !)

And client without sparse can access
